Managing Editor
Seeking to fill top newsroom position. Must be highly organized and experienced in newsroom management. Quark, pagination skills, and ability to lead newsroom are essential. We are located in New Braunfels, TX., which is a great place to live and work, in the hill country between Austin and San Antonio. Circulation about 9,500 Sunday, 8,000 daily. We are a six -day a week newspaper (Tuesday-Sunday). Position open immediately. Pay and benefits highly competitive.

This is the number 2 position in a 9,800 daily newspaper in Hill Country of Texas. Must have good page design and copyediting skills.

New editor works directly with reporters and puts the paper to bed. Previous management experience preferred, but would consider highly skilled and eager page designer/copy desk person looking for more responsibility.

Very competitive pay with a very stable company. Plus, the added benefit of being able to live in New Braunfels.
