Health

We pay a percentage of your medical, dental and vision insurance premiums for you and your family. SNI pays 100% of your Group Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability and AD&D Life. We also offer group life insurance, volume life insurance, voluntary short-term disability, long-term care and flexible spending accounts.

Retirement

Our 401(k) plan provides an easy way for employees to save through the convenience of payroll deduction. Up to the first 3% of employee contributions are eligible for a 100% match from the company and the next 3% is matched at 75%. Employees are eligible for 401(k) benefits immediately upon employment with the company.
